Our Story

How It All Began

Our story began when Rob & Sue got married. Rob was working as a Business Development consultant when they decided to sell their home and start a business together.

They set up as independent mortgage advisors and soon opened a high street estate agency. Before long, Rob, Sue and their kids were walking the streets delivering leaflets to grow the business.

But Rob noticed the market was changing. Customers weren't coming into offices anymore - they were searching online or out viewing properties. Drastic action was needed.

He didn't want to become one of the many faceless online estate agents. He knew there was a better way. A GOOD way of doing things that combined both the power of the internet and the best bits of traditional estate agency.

Rob set out on a mission to recruit top quality agents across the country to represent what's good about estate agency and personal service. Others soon caught on to the idea, but none of them will ever be The Good Estate Agent.
